PAYMENT INFORMATION: ENTRY FEE PER PERSON - $150  FAMILY ENTRY FEE - $300 (2 or more competitors) PayPal is the preferred form of payment.  (Fee includes 1 banquet ticket per competitor.  All entries, with fee, a copy of USA-WS membership card, bio, and release MUST be postmarked by 5:00 pm, Friday August 19, 2011 or received by August 22, 2011. 
Late fee:  $25 per day per competitor (August 23-26).  No entries will be accepted after August 26, 2011.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clinic Fees: $15 each. Only renewal clinics are offered. Clinics may be cancelled if registration is low.

Additional Banquet Tickets: $28 each. One ticket is included with entry.  Kids under 12- $14 each.

Practice sign up.  Practice will be held on Friday, September 2nd
Practice sets: $10 (1 set = 4 passes or 4 falls)            Two sets per competitor are allowed. Passes must be consecutive and may not be shared. Riders not on the dock at their scheduled time will be placed at the end of the running order or as time allows.
(Please note that times are approximate.  Riders must be flexible.)
