• The Annual Awards Banquet will be held at 7:00 pm on Saturday, September 19. There has been an error on a few documents that state it is at 6:00 pm. Please pencil the correct time of 7:00 pm on your paperwork. Please accept our oplogies for any inconvenience.
• The Planning Committee stressed the importance of staying at the host hotel. It may be possible to find accomodations at a lower rate however those not staying at the host hotel will be responsible for a $15 per person, per day gate fee. There will be no exceptions.
